Boon Lay Garden Primary School - Studio

We designed a vibrant multimedia studio for Boon Lay Garden Primary School – a space where students and teachers can communicate, collaborate, and create. With user-friendly tools and flexible zones, the studio empowers its users to express their creativity, share knowledge, and bring ideas to life.

Client Goal
The school envisioned a dedicated environment that nurtures:

• Communication – conveying ideas with clarity, purpose, and audience in mind.

• Information Literacy – considering the quality, impact, and value of shared content.

• Collaboration – working together, respecting perspectives, and recognizing each member’s role in content creation.

Studio Design
The studio is thoughtfully divided into four zones:

• Launchpad – a discussion hub for brainstorming and exchanging ideas.

• Vault – a resource space with access to equipment and tools, also suited for informal discussions.

• Creation Hub – a flexible production area for various video concepts and content creation.

• Soundstage – a professional recording space for interviews, podcasts, and multimedia showcases.

By combining functionality with creativity, this studio inspires pupils and staff to turn imagination into reality.
