Eden Hall
Eden Hall, built in 1904, is the official residence of the British High Commission and a historic landmark known for its distinctive architecture and rich heritage. Over a century old, the house retained much of its original charm but faced challenges typical of older buildings.
Our project involved a comprehensive restoration and upgrade, including the installation of a new air conditioning system that resolved longstanding leakage issues. We also restored both interior and exterior surfaces with meticulous painting, and revamped the toilets and rooms to improve functionality and comfort while respecting the heritage of the property.
Through careful planning and skilled execution, we successfully preserved Eden Hall’s character while modernizing its facilities to meet today’s standards.
